I love this website and really would like to do this only I'm not a Mummy any longer. How I wished this was around when my babes were young. I'm a 50 something and menapause has been aweful to my belly area. Will this help an old mummy like myself???? Thanks for any advice! Patti

I am so glad you asked. I actually added a lot of new testimonials and failed to include the ages of the women. About 50% of not more are over the age of 35 and there are several moms who are in their 40's and 50's (actually my mom is 66 and she follows the program as well)
So - Yes this will work for you!
When it comes to fat loss - the same principles apply. The difference maker with Fit Yummy Mummy is that it speaks directly to moms - women who have been too busy making sure everyone else is cared for - while in the processes neglecting to stop and take care of herself.
