Allison Celebrates her 47th Birthday with 47 Push Ups!

Allison is the mom of 6 - ages 5 to 25 - and you can see her in action, donning her cute pink Fit Yummy Mummy-T as she takes on her goal of 47 push ups to celebrate her 47th birthday last week.

Wow! is all I can say, and good for you! I am very encouraged to see what you can accomplish, and that age or motherhood are not excuses for being out-of-shape!

I am also 47 and have always exercised, mainly cardio, and generally eat healthily but often cheat! I am a good weight for my height but since having twins 6 years ago have a tummy. I have always hated my thighs as they are a bit flabby with some cellulite. I can see that the FYM system WORKS and so will be using it to fine tune my body. I can currently only do 10 press ups so I have some way to go! I have always shied away from circuit training etc thinking its for men, but now know that it really works. Well done Allison, you are an inspiration to women in their 40's.
