Accelerate Results with a Post Workout Drink

The Easy Solution: What to Eat After A Workout

From the ClubFYM Forums:

"Holly, I just saw your email that Prograde Lean is now available! I was curious though, what is the difference between the Lean and Workout formulas? Is one better for a post workout meal than the other?"

Recap..... read more here ==>Your Post Workout Meal

What you choose to eat (or not to eat) will determine how quickly your body recovers after a workout. Recovery is the Fast Track to Results!

The faster your body recovers, the more you can do during your workout, the more you boost your metabolism, the faster you will see results!

Prograde LEAN is a meal replacement - a very Delicious meal replacement. It can be used at any time of the day that you would have a regularly scheduled meal - but may not have the time to eat. Perfect for moms who are always on the go.

Prograde Workout is exclusively a post workout drink - with the 2:1 ration of carbs to protein to deliver just what your body needs to accelerate recovery - which accelerate results.

Prograde LEAN has 35 grams of protein and 8 g of fiber - the ingredients you need to help tide you over between meals. You can manipulate a serving of LEAN to become a pre or post workout meal as well.

You probably do not want to use Prograde Workout as a smoothie (for it is formulated with everything you need) - where LEAN can be simply mixed with water OR blended with other ingredients to make a smoothie - a complete meal.

If you've made the efforts to add a meal within 30 minutes after your workout, why not simplify the process. Take your pick of one of Prograde's results rendering drinks.

I would like to share that within one month if adding Prograde Workout, my body fat % dropped a little over 1% - in just 4 weeks! I had maintained a fairly lean body for about year, had found the bugs in my nutrition plan, and was making progressively challenging changes to my resistance training workout. So in other words....everything was consistent. I found the "extra something" I was missing that would help push my results to the next level.

This is my personal testament that the addition of a high quality post workout meal makes a huge difference to the results your workouts are giving you.

"Dear Holly, you have been a life saver for me as I desperately needed, wanted to get somewhere and was at a loss. Now I am getting there thanks to you and all the help you have given not only me but everyone in FYM. This is not just but the e-book and sort yourselves out. You have put your heart and soul in there for all of us, to answer our questions or doubts. I may be thousands of miles away physically, but having this group makes me feel so much closer. Thank you again, here's a big hug from sunny Spain." ~ Linda

Holly you hit the nail on the head with this post. Both products are designed to have a specific purpose and objective and they should be consumed with that in mind.

Many think a post-workout shake is only for athletes, but as you state in this post that you actually lost about 1% of bodyfat just by incorporating post-workout shake.

Post workout shakes are beneficial for anyone looking to recover after a workout whether you are an athlete or someone looking to lose weight fast.
